Is a stabilized developing cream which contains hydrogen peroxide which is used to mix with hair colour to "lift" the hair to the desired colour results.
It is specially formulated for easy application and provides consistent colour results with optimum vibrancy and shine.

3% for darker or pastel colouring and for covering 100% white hair.
